We are looking to hold and enhance the value of our investments over the long-term while providing consistent and growing income to our investors.
Our Investment Thesis
we believe that manufactured home communities offer one of the most favorable risk/reward profile in commercial real estate, enjoying the tailwind of significant demand for affordable housing and limited supply of new developments
Our investments are clustered in three areas (I) the Midwest – Michigan, Ohio and Indiana, (ii) the Mid-Atlantic – Virginia, and (iii) the Southeast – Alabama and Georgia. We are well-capitalized and continue to expand our portfolio in these clusters.
